30% of the rent
must be paid as a deposit directly to the Agency by bank transfer, postal order or directly online by credit card or PayPal.
3. CANCELLATION DUE TO ILLNESS AND INJURY:
In case of impossibility
to the vacation, the customer will lose the deposit paid. Alternatively, we offer insurance coverage for the deposit or the total amount of the rental, for more information click here
Arrival must take place on the appointed day, between 16:00
in the afternoon. In case of delay please inform the Agency. Upon arrival must be shown for registration the identity documents
of all persons who will occupy the holiday home (if not already done previously).
5. EQUIPMENT OF THE APARTMENTS:
Our holiday homes are equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with hob, refrigerator and kitchenware (pots, pans, dishes, glasses and dishes).
Bed linen and towels are NOT provided
at our holiday homes.
WIFI FREE H24:
our customers can navigate for free at the check-in/reception area of the Agency.
Our holiday homes must be vacated from 9.00 a.m.
to 10.00 a.m.
on the scheduled day. The kitchen area and bathrooms must be left tidy and clean at all times.
The customer agrees to take the utmost care
of the holiday home and household appliances. Any breakage or damage must be compensated at the list price.
At the time of collection of the keys, a deposit of € 100.00
will be required. This deposit will be returned after checking the holiday home.
